`Steps to Reproduce`

Unfortunately this is a random bug happening daily and can only be reproduced over several hours of loading sequentially numbered files. Software updates using ChatGPT have a revision number in each file to track updates. A bug has existed for at least a year where you upload rev 3,16 and it thinks it has Rev 3.12 and starts working from old releaed. Then you upload 3.16 again and it will start from rev 3.14. Eventually it will see Rev 3,16 after severely up,lads of it.

This goes on daily.

Ai is using old files and has confirmed many others comp,ain about the same issue.
