Bug Report: Voice mode not engaging Mobile/Windows 11/Win App

`Steps to Reproduce`

Start voice mode on Windows 11, Windows App or Android Chat GPT App.

`Expected Result`

Engage in turn based voice chat

`Actual Result`

Windows 11 and Windoes app- after clicking the icon to start voice chat the icon turns greyed and nothing happens
Android Chat GPT - xkuxking to start voice the ball appears then becomes a white circle Connection failed, tap to retry. If tap to retry it reverts to text window while keeping the interface grayed.
I reinstalled the app, restarted phone, checked I have all updates for win and for app. Also different ISP no ad blockers, no vpn, restarted cleaned cache. Windows App is updated

pc, pixel 8 pro mobile phone, win 11 64x, windows app, android
