Bug Report: Failed Sora 2 Pro Extend videos disappear
`Steps to Reproduce`

Extend a previous Sora 2 Pro video using the new Extend feature

`Expected Result`

I expect to see either an extended video or an error saying why it didn't render. About half my attempts aren't getting that result.

`Actual Result`

Some of the generations disappear from Drafts before they finish. There isn't any notification of the failure.

You also lose the video gens used for the failed Extend renders. They’re not restored as they are with a normal failed render.

iOS app and desktop Windows Chrome webpage interface.
