Bug Report: Codex App Memory Leaks -> Performance Problem
`Steps to Reproduce`

Latest update doesn't last more then a few hours before degrading. At startup the Codex Helper pid is using around 340MB, but after some time it will grow to as high as 1.5GB before you cant even create new threads and have to kill it. The GC is able to sometimes bring it down to 940MB (currently) but its still slow vs what its like at startup.

Performance / resource use doesn't degrade over time

App becomes slow and eventually inference stops completely cant even open a new thread
