Bug Report: Codex app Version 260208.1016 (571) not usable
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Open Version 260208.1016 (571) Codex App
  2. Continue existing thread or new thread
  3. After 1-4 prompts the app freezes entirely and cannot be used. Force close is needed.
`Expected Result`

App can be used with multiple threads and prompts without freezing and needing to force close.

`Actual Result`

App freezes continually after forced reset and is unstable and unusable. Please fix asap.
