Bug Report: Critical Bug: Sora Phone Number Verification Broken
`Steps to Reproduce`
I am reporting a serious and blocking bug with Sora’s phone number verification on mobile, and this needs to be addressed urgently.
Phone number verification does not work on mobile devices. Verification codes either never arrive, loop indefinitely, or the verification page fails to proceed. Because of this, Sora is completely unusable on phone, even for accounts that otherwise have access.
This is not user error.
This occurs consistently, across retries, and prevents access entirely. Desktop

Phone number verification for Sora 2 should successfully complete on mobile devices.
After entering a valid phone number and verification code, the system should confirm the number and allow full access to Sora features.
`Actual Result`
Actual result:
Phone number verification fails.
Verification codes do not arrive or
The page loops / freezes or
Verification never completes even with the correct code
As a result, users are blocked from using Sora entirely on chromebook.
Impact:
Complete loss of access to Sora on mobile
No error explanation or fallback
No official notice that mobile verification is unsupported
