As a ChatGPT Plus subscriber, I am formally recording my objection to the removal of GPT-4o. This action constitutes a "Bait and Switch" deceptive practice under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA).

Action Taken: I have officially filed a consumer fraud complaint with the California Attorney General regarding this matter. Since the FTC is currently unavailable due to the government shutdown, the State AG now oversees this legal dispute.

Requirement: Retain GPT-4o as a distinct, selectable model. I do not accept GPT-5.2 or o-series as "equivalent" replacements.
