Bug Report: Text message authentication broken
`Steps to Reproduce`

Try to log in using Google SignIn or Email/PW --> 2fa --> try another method --> select Text message

`Expected Result`

Sends 2fa via sms, enter code, log in.

`Actual Result`

Throws error: This option is temporarily unavailable
