In a market stitched from parchment and prayer, an old merchant sells salt, stories, and the fading pages of his past. But when the ink begins to move backward and a glowing vendor trades in digitized memories, the world he knows starts to fracture.
A mechanical monk—part relic, part algorithm—awakens to a choice: preserve a perfect, archived humanity, or protect the imperfect, fading one still struggling to breathe.
As glitch and graphite collide, every trade becomes a threat, every memory a transaction. The stalls rearrange themselves. Language rewrites. And the price of remembering might be forgetting everything else.
