Bug Report: Regenerating after “branch in new chat” leads to an error
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Select “Branch in new chat” on a message.
  2. In the new branch that opens, instead of submitting a reply, regenerate the message where you branched.
`Expected Result`

It should regenerate the message and save that as a new chat.

`Actual Result`

I get an error “Requests with `action=variant` must have a conversation_id and parent_message_id.”
