Plus subscriber: all models give dry, unformatted replies after Jan 31

After the January 31, 2026 update, my Plus account only receives dry, unformatted responses (no emoji, no lists) from ALL models (4o, 5.1, 5.2).

What I've checked:
• Reinstalling the app (iOS) doesn't help.
• New Apple ID + clean install doesn't help (meaning the problem is with the ChatGPT account).
• My friend's Android account is fine, and ChatGPT responds as before.
Conclusion: My Plus account's configuration on the OpenAI servers is broken.

Question: Has anyone encountered this? Is there a way to reset the response style settings for an account?

How can I contact a support person? Because on help.openai.com I'm getting an AI agent who doesn't give me the information I need.
