Bug Report: On Pro but only get 91 generations a day
`Steps to Reproduce`

Every day when my Sora generations reset, I have started to only get 91

`Expected Result`

When my Sora generations reset each day I should be getting 100 since I am on Pro

`Actual Result`

Every day when my Sora generations reset, I have started to only get 91

All environments (web, iOS), it's on the account level
