- Log into ChatGPT (web) with an active Pro subscription.
- Start a brand new chat.
- Request any image generation (e.g., “generate a cat”).
- Submit the request.
- Repeat in another new chat / refresh / relogin.
Result is the same every time.
As a Pro user, image generation should work and produce an image.
If a quota is exceeded, the system should show a normal quota message with a realistic reset time and allow generation again after the reset.
Image generation is blocked immediately with a hard lockout message:
"You've hit the pro plan limit for image generations requests. You can create more images when the limit resets in 720 hours ..."
No image is generated. The lockout repeats across new chats and attempts (appears to be a lockout loop / entitlement issue rather than normal rate limiting).
