Bug Report: ChatGPT Translate does not offer English as a translation option
`Steps to Reproduce`

Go to the ChatGPT Translate page at https://chatgpt.com/fr-FR/translate.
Check the list of available languages.
Notice that English is not available among the proposed languages.

`Expected Result`

English should be available as a translation language, as indicated by the message
"Switch from English to Spanish, Japanese, Arabic, and more".

`Actual Result`

English does not appear in the list of available languages.
