Bug Report: Sora2 heavy load error message problem

`Steps to Reproduce`

Sora2 is buged and broken it been under heavy load error message won't create prompt video on Sora2 no word if the problem is fix or addressing the situation of it

`Expected Result`

Create prompt for Sora2 AI video

`Actual Result`

"We are under heavy load please try again in a few minutes"

It been seven days it hasn't been fix
