- Make sure you’re actually on the Sora web experience (e.g., sora.chatgpt.com / sora.com) and viewing a completed video in your library/drafts.
- If the UI still doesn’t show any download option, contact OpenAI support via the Help Center so they can check your account and current Sora version.
