Bug Report: "Try again" and "Edit" buttons are missing for all but the most recent message on web

`Steps to Reproduce`

Using a web browser, open or start a chat that has more than one prompt/reply pair.
Hover the cursor over the last reply. Notice where the "Try again" button is under the message.
Hover the cursor over the prompt that generated that reply. Notice where the Edit button appears under it.
Hover the cursor over a different prompt or reply in the chat other than the last one.

`Expected Result`

The "Try again" or "Edit" button should appear in the UI the same as it did in steps 2 and 3, like it always has.

`Actual Result`

The buttons are both entirely missing.

Firefox 145.0 (64-bit) on Arch Linux

For me it shows for the app, mobile web and desktop web.

So not sure why it doesn't show for you.

Yes, but I also went to a different chat from a while ago, scrolled quite a bit to the top and I still had the ability to do so. (On all versions)

Hm yes, that seems to be the case..

So for free users, older messages/chats will not show the edit button. Only recent messages.

I also have plus and the buttons in question are missing for all but the most recent prompts and replies

tho the ability to edit older prompts or refresh old replies still exists in the mobile app for me

Same here on Desktop web, also Plus. Windows app still has it tho, so I'll need to start using that again. Android app has it too.
