Bug Report: Impossible to generate any Sora videos
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Verify phone number in Sora to generate a video (that is required now).
  2. Try to generate a video. Rarely, it will work.
`Expected Result`

Should actually be able to generate videos after verifying the phone number.

`Actual Result`

Before the verifying the generation worked perfectly. Now, it will just show "heavy load" placeholder.

Windows 10, Browser
