Bug Report: Codex credits were reset to zero before being fully consumed
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Purchase Codex Credits (1000 credits, USD 40) via the OpenAI Stripe checkout.
    2. Use Codex (IDE) services, resulting in a small amount of credit usage.
    3. After some time, open the Codex credit usage page to check the balance and history.
`Expected Result`

• Purchased Codex Credits should remain available until fully consumed.
• The remaining balance should be displayed correctly and match actual usage.
• Purchase history and complete usage records should be visible in the dashboard.

`Actual Result`

• Codex credits were suddenly reset to zero while remaining credits still existed.
• Only one usage record is shown (Dec 19, 2025, IDE, 5.25 credits used).
• The dashboard shows 994 credits remaining, but no Codex Credits purchase history is visible.
• No Stripe / OpenAI Codex Credits receipt email can be found in Gmail (including trash), even though the payment was successful.
