Bug Report: ChatGPT Web and Desktop app experiencing slowness and instability under long chats
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Start a chat
  2. Continue the convo (50+ or more messages preferred)
  3. Keep generating responses normally
`Expected Result`

After long conversations, one or more of the following happens:

  1. Responses become extremely slow
  2. The response clears mid-generation (possibly due to GC)
  3. Attempting to stop generation sometimes starts a voice call session instead
`Actual Result`

In my experience, outcomes 1 and 2 happen frequently, while outcome 3 happens more rarely.

Windows 11 Pro 64-bit, ChatGPT Web on Opera GX 125 and App Version 1.2025.328
