Bug Report: every video fails due to heavy load, but status page said fully operational

"We're under heavy load. Please try again in a few minutes."
for days.

This should count as an outage, and we should be sending out refunds.

I have it every day for the past week or two weeks, morning and night.

I asked ChatGPT bot about it and suggested that I should get a refund for the time that the service was unusable, and it canceled my Pro membership instead and refunded me for the unused (future) days. smh

Did you get it after verifying your phone number as well? It seemed like that was what destroyed my account. What an unacceptably flawed system.

The heavy load was semi resolved the ghost generations no longer a thing and i was able to generate a few videos
