Bug Report: Photo Vision Failing (5.2 Auto)
`Steps to Reproduce`

Send photo to ChatGPT 5.2 Auto from my account

`Expected Result`

ChatGPT should view the photo

`Actual Result`

It will tell me the photo is garbled nonsense and a repeating Armenian letter. If I change to 5.2 instant, 5.2 thinking, or even legacy 4o, it can read it.

Cross platform (iOS ChatGPT App, iOS Chrome App, Windows Chrome browser)
