Bug Report: Truncation Loop Resoning Bug
`Steps to Reproduce`

You will observe ChatGPT 5.2 gets stuck in a loop where it tries to copy a lot of text or code, then finds there are ellipses and has truncated whatever code or text it was working on. Then it goes through many many many attempts to do it correctly. This wastes OpenAI's compute resources and the users time. To reproduce have ChatGPT open a .ZIP with a lot of code documents, ideally of a reasonable length. Then ask it to do some editing or to redesign the project. Observe the LLMs "thinking"

`Expected Result`

Be able to read, edit, and zip code or other documentation.

`Actual Result`

Gets stuck figuring out how not to truncate the code and wastes user time, is inefficient and lacks common sense.
