Bug Report: ChatGPT repeated file upload problems for months
`Steps to Reproduce`
All my files have revision levels. I can upload version 5.10 and it will report it received 5.4. Do it again and it reports it received 5.8. Same file different results. Can share a report from ChatGPT itself saying how it read file 36.28 to verify it has the correct file but when it started its update it went to the same file location under /mnt/ and the file was now 36.14. It reported how the file was changed out under it. I can supply the documentation. This issue has been ongoing for months.

The file uploaded is the file ChatGPT should be using.
`Actual Result`
ChatGPT finds old files that we have never determined where they are coming from. ChatGPT had the issue happen to itself between two reads of the same file. It has no idea how it got two different files from the same file location in a row.
