The first image "string too long" means that the prompt used for that clip is too long to be a title. Just remove the text entirely (or write a title) and then click post or share.

This is also why you're not able to create a link. Because sharing a link will temporarily post it (so people you share it with can see it), which is not possible because the current prompt [title] is too long.
