Improving ergonomics and productivity:
The Projects feature already allows users to customize folder icons and colors, which is a great start.
However, when managing multiple projects, it would be extremely useful to manually reorder projects via drag and drop and/or pin the most important ones to the top.
This UX enhancement would significantly improve navigation speed and usability on both desktop and mobile, resulting in a meaningful boost in efficiency for users working with several ongoing projects, as they could immediately access their most relevant projects based on personal workflow and priorities.
