Bug Report: MCP and Voice mode broken in projects
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Start a chat or continue a chat in MvP
  2. Try to use MCP/Voice mode
  3. MCP: doesn’t work at all.
    Voice mode: always forced to start a new chat.
  4. Move the same chat outside of the project.
  5. MCP and Voice mode working as expected.
`Expected Result`

Mcp should work in projects.
Voice mode should be able to continue in a chat instead of forced to start a new one.

`Actual Result`

MCP: doesn’t work at all.
Voice mode: always forced to start a new chat.
