  1. Sora 1 on the web (sora.chatgpt.com)

    • Sora 1 on web is available in all OpenAI API–supported countries and territories, which includes many countries in Europe (including the EU and UK).[Sora supported countries][API countries]
    • So yes, Sora 1 on web is available in Europe, as long as your country is on the supported-countries list.

  2. Sora app and Sora 2 (web & mobile app)

    • These are currently supported only in this more limited set of countries: Argentina, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Panamá, Paraguay, Perú, Taiwan, Thailand, United States, Uruguay, Vietnam.[Sora app & Sora 2]
    • This list does not include any European countries yet, so the Sora app and Sora 2 are not currently available in Europe.
