Bug Report: I cant generate a video on sora

I just want to generate a video..

`Expected Result`

I was hoping I can generate the video

`Actual Result`

I was generating a video suddenly a notification appeared that showing "You cant generate more than 3 videos" and I was shocked in fact I was NOT generating a video
