Bug Report: Copy Code icon often doesn't update position
`Steps to Reproduce`

Unsure, but I have seen many times that when, e.g., a block of code is produced, the Copy Code button doesn't float as the page is scrolled down, so you need to scroll up to the start of the code block in order to access the Copy Code button.
It may be related to scrolling before code has finished writing, but just a guess.

`Expected Result`

Copy Code button should always be visible in the top right corner, regardless of the scroll position.

As above.
