You can’t turn yourself into a GPT, but you can create your own custom GPT inside ChatGPT if you have an eligible plan.

Here’s the fastest way:

1. Open the GPT builder

2. Describe what you want

   • In the Create tab, chat with the GPT Builder and say what you want, e.g.

3. Configure the details

   • Set Name and Description
   • Add Instructions (how it should behave, what to avoid)
   • Add Prompt starters (example first messages)
   • Upload Knowledge files (optional)
   • Choose Capabilities (web search, image generation, code interpreter / data analysis, custom actions)

4. (Optional) Add Actions / APIs

5. Test it

6. Publish / save
