Hello friends!
We are building voena.ai, an ai voice assistant for dentists in the EU. Currently raising investment and scaling.
We want to switch to OpenAI for LLM and TTS, however we first need access to EU Data Residency, since we partly also handle medical data.
Was wondering whether someone here knows how to get access. Would buying credits worth 1000$, which would make us Tier 5, give us access to EU Data Residency?
Or does someone here have a contact to a sales person at OAI, so we can get in touch?
Already tried their normal sales form, only getting a generic answer.
