Bug Report: All my custom GPTs ignore instructions

`Steps to Reproduce`

upload any picture to https://chatgpt.com/g/g-ZEohZczO2-haiku-visionary

`Expected Result`

A haiku is expected, inspired by the picture.

`Actual Result`

It just describes the picture in plain words.
I have several GPTs created and working during last 1,5 years, and all of them suddenly started ignoring instructions. Presumably, this began since the release of 5.2. Although I'm not sure. Anyway, I forced them to use 4o, it didn’t help.

I uploaded a photo and told it to create a haiku. I got a haiku.

Try using a less legacy model. Reasoning is better with 5.x. I didn't specify any model when using your customGPT, but I guess it defaults (hopefully) to 5.2
