Bug Report: Request to Review Silence Status on Developer Forum
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. User account is placed under silence status on the developer forum (July).
  2. User waits without posting or using alternate accounts.
  3. Silence status remains active for several months.
  4. As of December 26 (Korean Standard Time), the silence status is still not lifted.
`Expected Result`

The silence status should be automatically lifted after a reasonable period,
or the user should receive a review, notification, or clear indication of the
status duration or review process.

`Actual Result`

The silence status has remained in place since July without any notification,
update, or indication of review, including as of December 26 (Korean Standard Time).
