Bug Report: Upgrading to "GO"
`Steps to Reproduce`

I've just select thee Upgrade button and select "GO", it's what i need just to don't be limited to just 10 actions per days.

I've try also with Edge, and in Private browser, like the AI has ask me to try, as i've try every steps the AI Support has request me to follow, without result.

`Expected Result`

I should be switch to pay the amount i've to pay i'm in France...

`Actual Result`

I receive the orange pop-up saying << The payments page encountered an error. Please try again. If the problem continues, please visit help.openai.com. >>
The problem happen multiple time for the past 48 hours.

`Environment`

Firefox browser (My VPN and Adblock are both deactivated)

That error message, and i got the same with the "Plus" Plan too

yours API seems alright but i still can't upgrade my "Free account" to a "GO" or " PLUS" plan, i'm a particular, not a business.
Is it because i've log-in with google ?
