Bug Report: Chat history disappeared and new chats are not being saved
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Log in to ChatGPT.
  2. Observe that all previous conversations disappeared on 24 December 2025.
  3. Start a new chat and send messages.
  4. Refresh the page or log out and log back in.
  5. The newly created chat does not appear in the conversation history.
`Expected Result`

All previous conversations should be visible in the chat history.
Newly created chats should automatically save and appear in the conversation list.

`Actual Result`

All existing chats disappeared suddenly on 24 December 2025.
Any new chats created after that are not being saved and do not appear in the history, even after refreshing or re-logging.

`Environment`

Web version and desktop app of ChatGPT OS: Windows 10 Browser: Chrome (latest version) Issue occurs consistently across refreshes and sessions
