Bug Report: gpt-image-1.5 via API
`Steps to Reproduce`

So far every person that is produced with hands showing, sometimes feet are also effected.

`Expected Result`

The expected behavior is that people generated have hands (feet) that do not look multulated or deformed.

`Actual Result`

Hands are all deformed or multilated, sometimes feet. Very few examples where this isn't the case.
