Bug Report: ChatGPT Chats are missing on both browser and Windows App. Along with not being able to refresh app.

`Steps to Reproduce`

Open ChatGPT.com or the Windows app. Refresh the chats on the Android and iOS app.

`Expected Result`

Chats should appear on the website and PC app. Chats should be refreshed with latest chats on the app.

`Actual Result`

Chats are not there on the website/PC app. Chats are not refreshed on the android nor the iOS app/

Windows 11, Opera GX, Google Chrome, Perplexity Comet, Android, iOS

Everytime I refresh on the android app, it shows this error with the server even though the server is functional

Tried logging back in and out and still did not work

UPDATE: THE BUG IS FIXED for me
