Bug Report: PC Sora limits gens per day
`Steps to Reproduce`

I gen only 10 videos to be out of limit on pc, but on my mobile it shows 20 gens available?

`Expected Result`

I should be able to gen 30 vids on pc as well

`Actual Result`

10 gens and it stops

Windows 10, every browser
