Bug Report: Not focusing input using Chat bar in Mac Desktop app
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Use the keyboard shortcut to open the Chat bar
  2. Observe the input does not have focus
  3. When clicking into the input box to start typing, the placeholder text does not go away and you are typing on top of it.
`Expected Result`

When using the keyboard shortcut, it should allow me to start typing right away and the placeholder text should not show anymore.

`Actual Result`

It did not focus the input after using the keyboard shortcut.
