Bug Report: a bug that makes the app unusable

`Steps to Reproduce`

i have no idea why it really happened
i was chatting and then the messages stopped being sent, i thought it was my internet but even after 2 days of full internet access the same thing was still happening and it was telling me an "error" happened. i tried logging out but it didn't work. cleared data, restarted phone, reinstalled, used a different account and yet nothing happened

`Expected Result`

literally just normal chatting, the app became fully unusable

`Actual Result`

"there's a problem with your request. (null)" with two options being "try again" and "sign out" and no the try again button doesn't do anything

mobile, version "1.2025.343" and the app not the browser
