Bug Report: After drawing with GPTs, it is impossible to re-enter the original dialog.

`Steps to Reproduce`

The original plan was to create illustrations during multiple rounds of dialogue, with the last step involving modifying the same image a third time. After the final image was completed, the dialogue became inaccessible. Reloading the page resulted in a red box indicating that the user could no longer enter the dialogue.

After trying a few more times, there was no response, and I just kept seeing the progress bar spinning.

Reply to my message normally and help me edit the image.

Unable to respond, eventually even conversations could not be initiated.

Draw 3 pics than new chat will be dead, too

Possible causes have been identified, and further explanation will follow. First, here are some pictures.

When I clicked on a picture to edit it, the system automatically generated multiple pictures, and then the entire chat became "unresponsive" and "not found," and I couldn't access it anymore!

The image shows the state before reloading; it cannot be read after reloading.

This is a screenshot of a broken chat where ChatGPT is asked to draw content directly in normal chat mode.
After the drawing is finished, any further interaction becomes unresponsive.
When I press the share button, the interface spins and then the red box prompt from the previous upload appears.
The conversation can no longer be accessed.
