Bug Report: ChatGPT Voice feature not working on specific devices and networks despite previously working
`Steps to Reproduce`

Use the same account on multiple devices (e.g., Android phone, home PC, iPhone, office PC).

On the Android device and home PC, attempt to start a ChatGPT Voice session.

Also test on iPhone (on mobile data) and office PC (on office network) for comparison.

Android Device: Galaxy Z Fold 5, latest OS version

Home PC: Windows 11, high-end hardware, multiple browsers tested

Office PC: Windows environment where Voice works fine

iPhone: Works on mobile data but not on home Wi-Fi

`Expected Result`

Voice should function consistently across all devices and networks as it did previously.

`Actual Result`

Voice works on the office PC and iPhone (on mobile data) but fails on the Android phone and home PC even after multiple troubleshooting steps. This behavior started suddenly despite no known local changes.
