Bug Report: Apps are not visible within (existing) projects
`Steps to Reproduce`

Start a new chat inside a project, call an app (e.g. Apple Music).

`Expected Result`

ChatGPT connects to the app, same as in any (new) chat. It makes sense that ChatGPT would not be able to see apps if they weren't connected when the chat started, but this a new chat.

`Actual Result`

ChatGPT can't actually "see" the app. It suggests starting a new chat, but it still can't see the app if the chat itself is inside the project.

Any: web, Windows app, iOS, iPadOS.
