Bug Report: ChatGPT Memory/LTM “disabled” mid-conversation with message about “incompatible tool used earlier”
`Steps to Reproduce`

Start a new ChatGPT conversation with memory enabled.
Confirm memory write works (assistant successfully saves a small memory).
Use tools that access external/user data (Drive/doc retrieval is a known trigger).
Attempt another memory write in the same conversation.
Observe: memory write fails; assistant claims memory tool is disabled due to “incompatible tool used earlier”.
Start a new chat; memory writes work again.

`Expected Result`

If memory saving is enabled in settings, the assistant should be able to write memories consistently in a conversation, or the UI should clearly indicate why memory is unavailable (and under what conditions it becomes unavailable).

`Actual Result`

Memory writes succeed early in a chat, then later fail with an “incompatible tool used earlier” explanation. The failure persists for that conversation. Starting a new conversation restores memory saving.

Key details / constraints
