“Supported countries & regions on web and mobile: Argentina, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Panamá, Paraguay, Perú, Taiwan, Thailand, United States, Uruguay, Vietnam.”

That means, according to the updated documentation, the Sora app has arrived in Colombia and is officially supported there on web and mobile. [Sora app countries]
