Bug Report: ChatGPT Mobile App cannot send GIFs, fails instantly. (Going on for at least 4 months)
`Steps to Reproduce`

  1. Open the ChatGPT mobile app on Android. (I don't own an iPhone so I'm not sure about IOS)

  2. Open any chat

  3. Tap the + or attachment button and choose a GIF (any GIF)

  4. Before you can click "send", it fails the upload immediately every time, it just doesn't load.

Note: Sending the same GIF works in the browser version.

`Expected Result`

GIF should upload and send successfully in chat, same as on the web version.

`Actual Result`

GIF upload fails instantly on the mobile app.

`Environment`

Device: Android phone, Platform: GPT mobile app.

These are just some examples. I've also tried sending GIFs that I've sent months before the bug started, but no luck there as well..

I can say that I cannot use gifs either.

Which device/OS do you use? (android or IOS?)
