Bug Report: ChatGPT 5.2 do not analyze files anymore
`Steps to Reproduce`
Upload CSV files into Custom GPT
Tell it to always analyze the file for something specific when requested in chat, and reply with the context of the column.
In chat, ask it to look up a specific row.
`Expected Result`
It returns the correct column of the requested row.
`Actual Result`
At best, there is a 50% chance that the correct output will be provided.
Even when asked after it has made an obviously false statement, it insists that it has analyzed the file and delivered the correct result.
Only when directly told that the file is not the correct one does it admit that it never analyzed it, and then it produces the correct output.
