Bug Report: ChatGPT macOS UI Double Back Button & Double "are you sure" Prompts
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Go into settings -> personalization screen
  2. Make an edit
  3. Click the back button without saving
  4. Discard changes
`Expected Result`
  • Personalization screen only has one back button
  • You're prompted one time asking "are you sure you want to discard your changes?" and discarding actually erases the change when reentering the personalization screen
`Actual Result`
  • Personalization screen has 2 back buttons
  • You're prompted twice with two different modals if you choose to discard changes
  • If you press "Discard" in both alert boxes, the changes you made are still present upon reentry. The only way to actually discard your changes is by closing the settings window
