Bug Report: Create Character from Sora Video viewing fails repeatedly
`Steps to Reproduce`

Login to Sora.
Create a video, I used "create a disney like classic animation that resembles what disney would make" for the prompt.
When the video is created, view it
From viewing the video, in the post box select the option from the 3 dots dropdown.
Select create character from the dropdown on the post menu, I will attached images or report this on twitter with the images if I cannot attach them here.
Then it starts to fail repeatedly

`Expected Result`

You go to the character creator.

`Actual Result`

It will continually fail, giving the "failed to create blob" error message.

`Environment`

Windows 11, Chrome Browser, Sora, logged in on the latest chrome.
